What to Expect
Well, you must be interested if you got this far, so let's talk about what you can expect before you leave home and what to expect once you arrive in paradise.
Before you come down:
As soon as you decide that we are the right choice for your vacation, we will send you forms via email to be completed.
They will include such things as what you like to drink. Tell us your beer, hard liquor, and soft drink preferences.
We would also like to know what types of food you would like to enjoy on your visit.
Also important to us is the music you prefer to listen to ... tell us what's on your iPod (or just bring it along) so we can have your favorite bands accompany your favorite food as you enjoy your favorite drink.
Please understand that not all things are available in paradise, so request what you want and stay flexible.
Arrival:
The Serenasea will be anchored in the Crown Bay Harbor, just a few minutes from the airport. You will take a taxi to the pier.
Once the driver sets your luggage down, you no longer have to lift a finger until you sadly bid us farewell at the end of our time together!

But don't confuse laid back with unattentive or unprofessional. We cater to every need and want of our guests.
Another thing to keep in mind is that like most everyone, we enjoy "like-minded" people. We laugh, joke, and play, everyday of our lives ... even with guests.
Think about what we are doing down here! We live in paradise and it shows in our personalities. Our guests become our friends because they, like us, enjoy life and good times.
Put another way, if you or your spouse are very stoic, stuffy, or just plain not very happy ... Serenasea may not be for you. No crew or boat can be "everything to everyone", and we don't claim to be.
In closing, know that if you and whomever you are with want time alone, we make it happen in the most romantic settings. If you want a fun filled fast paced adventure ... we got it. Want a combination of both ? Consider it done!
We just want everyone on board happy ... at all times.

On the boat:
After your short dinghy ride from the pier you will arrive onboard the Serenasea.
The crew will stow your luggage in your private cabin, but not until they have met you on deck with your favorite libation!
As you become aquainted with your new surroundings we will get a feel for your energy level ... (it's probably been a long flight).
We may take a short ride to a close cove and drop anchor for the remainder of the evening (your call .. it's your vacation), or we could hoist the sails and tear up the seas from the get go!!
For the entire time, you have the run of the boat. Each and every day is totally dependent on you.
You can decide each day what you would like to do or you can have the trip planned out to take all guess work out of it. (Note: Some destinations require reservations and/or fees so we may need time to arrange certain activities).
A word about VALUE:
People confuse price with value all the time. Price is what you pay, but value is what you receive. If you pay $10 for a toaster and it breaks in a week, not much value in that. But if you pay $20 for a toaster and it works for years, that's great value. We feel that Serenasea and her crew offer the best price AND value in the Caribbean! So expect great value!
